Horizon Clubhouse is a day program for adults who are in recovery from mental illnesses. We are a clubhouse, our model being Fountain House in New York city. The Horizon Clubhouse focuses on recovery, supporting members in all areas of their lives and encouraging independence in the community.

Our hours are:

Monday 8 - 4:30

Tuesday 8 - 4:30

Wednesday 8 - 4:30

Thursday 8 - 7:00

Friday 8 - 4:30

Saturday 10 - 6

Our social program is available to members every Thursday night from 4:30 to 7:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The clubhouse is closed on Sunday, but open on all holidays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information you may want to check out this month's Social Calendar.

We serve mental health consumers with serious and persistent mental illnesses in Wakefield as well as Woburn, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading and Stoneham.
